1/2: U.S. hits North Korea with sanction after Sony hack; With 4-year losing streak on the line, hoops team goes for broke

The sanction authorized by the White House target three North Korean organization, including the government's intelligence agency and the agency that sells weapons to other countries; and, it's not often a team is recognized for its losses. But in Minnesota, the Climax-Fisher High School Lady Knights have earned a reputation for losing 84 straight games.
