Retired NYPD Detective Michael Hinrich, New York City’s most decorated cop, suffered a career-ending stroke, but his accomplishments have not been forgotten. He has a resume with more than 1,000 arrests, and his 30-year career has earned him almost 200 medals. WCBS-TV's Weijia Jiang reports.
