Death toll rises in S.C. flood catastrophe

An estimated 11 trillion gallons of water has destroyed parts of the Palmetto state. As the the flood waters begin to recede, amazing stories of survival have begun to surface. David Begnaud is in South Carolina with a report on the rescues and the pleas for help that were answered.
