Psychological evaluation ordered for White House fence jumper

The 22-year-old Connecticut man who scaled over the White House fence appeared in court Friday and was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation. The man left a suicide note with friends before he made the jump. Craig Boswell reports from the White House.
