Homeless man found dead in Los Angeles beach encampment, homeless suspect arrested

A 38-year-old homeless man was found dead in a Los Angeles homeless encampment Friday near the beach where the number of tents with homeless people living inside has significantly expanded in recent months, worrying residents and business owners who have complained of quality of life issues.
