U.S. tribes await water relief from infrastructure bill

A tribal community in central Oregon is counting on funds from the recent infrastructure bill to fix miles of water pipes and an aging water treatment plant. Other tribes are also looking to the new funds to make critical repairs. (Dec. 23)
