Uvalde Police Chief Placed on Administrative Leave Due to Criticism Over Response to School Shooting

Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District Superintendent Hal Harrell announced that school district police chief Pedro "Pete" Arredondo was put on administrative leave. The decision came due to criticisms over the latter's response to the horrific Robb Elementary School shooting.
