Man, 40, fatally shot in Crown Heights: NYPD

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A man was fatally shot in Crown Heights overnight, according to the NYPD. Lavel Fraiser, 40, of Brooklyn, was shot in the torso just after 1 a.m. on Sterling Place near Franklin Avenue, according to the NYPD.
