Man arrested outside U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris' official residence

Washington, D.C., police arrested a Texas man outside U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris' official residence, the U.S. Naval Observatory, in the nation's capital on Wednesday and he's now facing weapons and ammunition charges.
