Pro-Russia mobs seize more ground in east Ukraine

Pro-Russian forces have kept control of public buildings in several cities in Ukraine. Ukraine's acting president said Monday morning the country's army will begin an anti-terrorist operation against the anti-government militants. CBS News foreign correspondent Holly Williams reports.
