Obama ISIS strategy session yields no new plan

After meeting with ministers from 21 countries at Andrews Air Force Base to discuss the terrorist group, President Obama emerged with no new strategy to fight ISIS. Privately, senior officials now talk about merely disrupting ISIS, hoping to keep it under siege from the air until ground forces can reverse the tide. Major Garrett reports.
