UN Human Rights Council orders probe of 'systematic' abuses in Palestinian areas and Israel

Opening Thursday's session, the UN rights chief warned the recent Israeli attacks on Gaza "may constitute war crimes" and said Hamas' firing of rockets at Israel was "a clear violation of international humanitarian law".
