Taliban tell world leaders they'll let eligible people leave Afghanistan after 31 August

The leaders of 100 countries say they've received assurances from the Taliban "all foreign nationals and any Afghan citizen with travel authorisation" will be allowed to leave Afghanistan "in a safe and orderly manner".
