Joe Biden nominates Black air force general to head US military

US President Joe Biden nominated General Charles Brown for chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. General Brown would be the second Black man ever picked for the job, and his confirmation would mark the first time that African Americans fill both of the military's top jobs.
