Who’s in for the next GOP debate

We’re still awaiting many details about the second debate, including who the moderators will be. But the qualifying thresholds are greater, which could winnow the field: candidates will need to hit at least 3 percent in two national polls, or 3 percent in one national poll and 3 percent in polls…
