ViewTwo people have been arrested in connection to the Sept. 6 shooting death of an 11-year-old boy in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

Jose Romero, 22, and Nathen Garley, 21, are both charged with conspiracy to commit murder, according to the Albuquerque Journal.
