A powerful "bomb cyclone" that slammed Colorado with snow and hurricane-force winds is now threatening towns in central United States with heavy rains, flooding and even tornadoes.

BUT MICHIGAN WASN'T THE ONLYPLACE THAT WAS HIT HARD SEVEREWEATHER.....DOZENS OF OTHER STATESEXPERIENCED TONS OF DAMAGE FROMTHE SO CALLED BOMBCYCLONE.TAKE A LOOK AT THIS VIDEO-THIS IS FOOTAGE FROM THE STATEOF KENTUCKY.WHERE SEVERAL TORNADOES RIPPEDTHROUGH THE STATE.ONE TORNADO RIPPED OFF THE ROOFOF A CHURCH AND BADLY DAMAGED APRE-SCHOOL WHERE ABOUT 40 CHILDRENWERE INSIDE...ALL OF THOSE KIDSMADE IT OUTSAFELY.TORNADOS WERE ALSO SPOTTED INCENTRAL ALABAMA.THE OHIO AND LOWER MISSISSIPPIVALLEYS WERE ALSO HIT HARD WITHSHOWERS....THUNDERSTORMS ANDDAMAGING WINDS.THERE WAS ALSO MAJOR FLOODING INTHE MIDWEST WHERE ROADS TURNEDINTO RIVERS.THIS IS VIDEO FROMWISCONSIN....WHERE FLOOD WATERSSUBMERGED GAS PUMPSAND STREETS.THE FLOODING WAS SO BAD THATRESIDENTS HAD TO BE RESCUED INSOME PARTS OF THESTATE.OTHER STATES LIKE NEBRASKA ANDSOUTH DAKOTA ALSO SAW MAJORFLOODING FROMTHE STORM.THE GOVERNOR OF IOWA ISSUED ADISASTER PROCLAMTION DUE TO THEHEAVYFLOODING THERE.THIS SAME STORM BROUGH BLIZZARDLIKE CONDITIONS TO COLORADO.WHERE DRIVERS WERE STRANDED ONTHE ROADS AND POWER WAS KNOCKEDOUT.SEVERAL PARTS IN THE STATE SAWBETWEEN 7 TO 9 INCHES OF SNOWFROM THE STORM.

WINDS GUST OF UPTO 97 MPH WERE ALSO SEEN IN THESTATE.
