Kevin Hart Sued for $60 Million Over Leaked Sex Tape
Kevin Hart Sued for $60 Million Over Leaked Sex Tape.
Montia Sabbag, the model who appeared in a sex tape with Kevin Hart in 2017, has reportedly filed a federal lawsuit in California.
When the tape was initially leaked in September 2017, Hart’s then-friend, Jonathan Jackson, was charged with attempting to extort Hart.
At the time, Sabbag and Hart were both ruled to be “victims” of the taping and Sabbag publicly spoke about how she didn’t plan to make claims against Hart.
However, this new suit alleges that Sabbag was filmed “without her knowledge or consent” and that Hart “negligently or intentionally” allowed the filming to occur.
[Sabbag] had no knowledge that the intimate activity depicted in the video was being recorded…Had Ms. Sabbag known that her private sexual activities were being secretly filmed, [she] would not have engaged in any such activities, Lawsuit, via NBC News.
She also alleges that Hart “conspired” with Jackson to create the tape and obtain “financial benefit” and publicity for his 2018 stand-up tour.
The $60 million lawsuit is also being carried out against Marriott, Blackstone and the Cosmopolitan.
