Representatives met with butte county supervisors today to go over their plan.

Sot with butte county public health officer, andy miller "at this point we have no intent and likely don't have the ability to try to be publishing exposure sites, and that's not happening in other communities as well," more vo butte county public health officer, andy miller says there are too many cases in too many places to track.

Sot "it going to be more like the influenza virus in that its going to come in multiple different areas, so the idea of containment it is one that we will try but at some point we will be unable to do that."

Miller tells us they have been working with health care providers.

Campus officials tell me as of now business is as usual and classes are still meeting in person.

Media relations coordinator sean murphy -- says the campus has no plans to cancel classes... or switch to online classes... but there is talk about contingency plans.

This morning a full-time emergency operations centered opened -- which used to be part-time.

And university officials are meeting to discuss possible impacts of a campus shutdown.

This is such a rapidly moving situation its evolving by the hour it seems like -- but as of now things are as they are classes are being taught in person but could things change tomorrow absolutely.

Murphy told action news now they take lead from butte county public health... so if they say the campus needs to close or adjust classes they will do that.
