The evsc serves thousands of students?
Who are all learning from home for the remainder of this school year.
We knew schools would be closed through april and just last week governor holcomb making the announcement that hoosier schools would close for the rest of the 201?2020 school year.
With thousands of students now learning from home... virtual learning probably comes with a few challenges?
What are some of those challenges?
We are adjusting to a lot of challenges as coronavirus changes life as we know it... tell us what virtual learning looks like for students and teachers.... how are teachers trying to make this transition a little bit more manageable for students?
Students were probably thinking this was real cool when it first happened?
School's out... but you have to think about missed opportunities as well.
Seniors not getting to participate in events like spring prom?
Even graduation.
What's your message to students who are going to miss out on some of these major milestones?
Right now does evsc have any tentative plans to reschedule gradation ceremonies... and does this affect students in earning their degrees?
A lot of students and teachers out of classrooms right now but summer is not here yet!
The learnign continues online and hopefully students and teachers alike will be able to return to school come the fall.
