Is announcing some of the "big changes" he had promised on campus for the fall semester.

Students (will return in person, but daniels says the school will be handling potential coronavirus challenges quote "aggressively and creatively."

Daniels prefaced these ideas by saying quote: "the approaches below are preliminary, meant to be illustrative of the objectives we will pursue.

View them as examples, likely to be replaced by better ideas as we identify and validate them."

Those ideas include testing all students for both infection and immunity before they return.

Special on-campus housing will be designated for students who do get infected to stay in while they recover..

This will reduce the number of in-person meetings per course.

The school will also work with vulnerable students and staff to move as much of their work online as possible.

Daniels also wrote about the reasons for this approach.
