Former Tall Oaks residents complains about property management and reimbursement following the Easter Sunday Disaster.

Former resident in the tall oaks mobile park here in ooltewah says her landowner refuses to reimburse money that is owed to her.

She also says the owner of the tall oaks property didn't give her and those living in the home the chance to properly remove their belongings following the storm.
