Coronavirus while small businesses are struggling to make ends meet during the pandemic?
City budgets are also being hard hit.
Rochester city leaders estimate they've lost 17 to 28 million dollars in revenue.
Kimt news 3's isabella basco joins us live with how city council is making adjustments to make up for the losses.

Major sectors of the economy have taken a hit during this pandemic.
And the med city isn't immune.
City leaders tell kimt news 3 transit needs at least 1.8 million dollars to address their revenue shortfall while the rochester international airport needs at least 2.3 million.
Recreation needs at least a million.
Council made some big decisions ... like reducing golf course maintnenace and closing the beaches and outdoor pools for the season.
"things may just happen a little slower and we may not have the same resources to respond, the same way we did in the past, our goal would be to address that and it will be over a period of time not just overnight."
The city is actively pursuing state and federal funding to keep tabs on the budget.
