Veronica Joyner has been an educator for 40 years.
She started The Mathematics, Civics and Sciences Charter School of Philadelphia in 1999 with one mission -- to see children succeed through education and become good citizens.
With 18 years worth of perfect attendance, Mrs. Joyner has no plans on retiring.
"As long as I can wake up, I can get up," she says.
