Hisattorney says when Galvanrealized he was approaching thecrowd, he tried but struggled toturn around.Right now, the only chargeGalvan is facing is RecklessDriving for having someoneholding onto the back of hiscar.But Faett says that was out ofGalvan’s control."I don’t believe that he knewwho that was, and I don’t know,when you look at it, I don’tknow that he was aware that theywere on there at the time."Faett says, without this video,Galvan could have faced felonycharges and possible jail time"What’s disturbing is it seeas if these bystander videos arewhat’s policing the police."I did reach out to the CollierCounty Sheriff’s Office, andthey responded, saying quote"Our deputy’s actions werelawful and the case is now inthe hands of the judicialsystem."Meanwhile, tonight, Galvan isout on bail.And Faett tells me he plans tofight the reckless drivingcharge as well, and hopes
