Fort Wayne gym owners react to insensitive tweets from former CrossFit CEO

Controversial social media posts regarding George Floyd from former CrossFit CEO Greg Glassman have motivated many brands and gyms to disassociate with CrossFit.

Crossfit c-e-o gregg glassman resigned this week after making insensitive statements and tweets about the death of george floyd.fox 55's jeremy masukevich tells us how local gym owners are joining the movement to separate glassman's statements from the form of experience that many members of the fort wayne community engage in.

Shoe company reebok and numerous gyms across the country have decided to disassociate with crossfit because of tweets and comments former ceo gregg glassman made about george floyd.

He still owns 100 percent of the company so the fact that he retired doesn't really make any difference to me because he is still going to benefit from the profitability of the company.

Each gym that partners with the crossfit brand must pay an annual membership feenat bobby you pay 3,000 a year to be an affiliate and you are not brought into any of those decisions.
