Police officer has been placed on administrative leave after a viral video shows an off- duty confrontation over this past weekend.kq2's madeline mcclain joins us now with the video on cam: the incident -- captured on cell phone video -- shows an off-duty officer going off on another man -- all while an on-duty officer watched.the video posted to social media platform tiktok -- already has 1-point-2 million views expletives in the video.

Joseph police saying harrison has been taken off police duty and put on administrative leave --- until an investigation is complete.

Harrison -- dressed in plain clothes -- can be seen yelling another man on a sidewalk a uniformed on-duty officer looks on.áánatsááthere's some back-and-forth about a car accident -- harrison alleging the man hit his car and that the man was lying to the on-duty officer about it.natsáá the man refusing to "sit down" as harrison asks -- only complying with what the uniformed officer asks the man off camera says.

"respectful."to which harrison replies.."i'm not working right now.

I'm on vacation.

I will [expletive] you up.

Sit down," the on-duty female officer then backs harrison up -- telling the man to sit down.

Female officer: "sit down.

Do what he says.

Sit down," the on-duty officer said to the man.the man then sits..the video doesn't show the circumstances that led up to it.posted this weekend -- it has more than a million views.

The police department counts as at least one of them releasing a statement monday -- the department says officers are the most conspicuous representatives of government and, to the majority of people; they are a symbol of stability and authority upon which they can rely.

Unbecoming conduct on the part of police officers adversely affects the operations of the department and ultimately destroys public confidence in it.
