An incident -- that has everyone talking joins us in studio with the latest investigation into the incident involving an off-duty officer threatening and yelling at another man -- is still under investigation but to be as transparent as possible -- they are releasing new video picks up where the original uploaded to tiktok -- leaves off from the cell phone of the woman who released the original-- and it rolls for about 16 minutes.before the off duty officer acted "unbecoming" as police described it in a statement -- the man -- and the woman -- had blown through stop signs -- driving off when a county deputy tried to pull them over fleeing -- hit not one but two cars..one happened to be the off duty officer -- brandon harrison.that's why all the parties are at the scene harrison -- is a witness and victim of a hit and run -- and the on duty officer is there to investigate officer has received a lot of flak on social media for not stepping in -- here's the conversation about that issue at the time.

(woman: you came to him in his face and acted like you were going to beat his [expletive].

And she stood there and did [expletive] nothing."man: you did nothing.harrison: wants to lie like that.man: if he would have swung on me, would you have done your [expletive] job?

Woman: "no she wouldn't have..."on-duty officer: "yes, i would have.")woman: "the way she was acting..."man: "no you [expletive] wouldn't have because you your brother in arms."the on-duty officer says she would have stepped in had harrison hit the man.

The deputy also comes on the scene -- to tell the couple that they were definitely just involved in a hit and run and he saw it... after they denied it -- he hands them their car mirror... in the video the couple denies hitting harrison's car and taking off but admit they did flee the deputy.

And again this helps set the scene but doesn't change that the off duty officer -- harrison -- is under investigation... and on administrative duty.... the on-duty officer is not.
