After a tie in the Herkimer County family court judge race was announced earlier this week, new, uncounted ballots have been found.

A number of previously uncounted ballots have suddenly appeared in herkimer county....and that could determine the race for herkimer county family court judge.
It's between thad luke and mark rose.
The two tied after all absentees were counted this week...both receiving 2,291 republican votes.
Now...it appears some ballots from norway and salisbury were never counted.
This is according to candidate mark rose who says he was at the board of elections today for the recountig of more ballots.
He says some of these never counted before ballots were inside envelopes that were opened with a letter opener...but the ballots were never pulle dout.
26 from norway, 5 from salisbury.
We are waiting for official word from the board of elections...but according to mark rose....these new ballots could sway the elction in thad luke's favor.
Luke would end up on the republican line on novermber's ballot.
Right now mark rose would be on the conservative line.
Again, we are waiting for more information from herkimer county election officials.
