An attempt was made to kidnap a 4 - year - old girl in East Delhi's Shakarpur area on July 21.
The girl's mother clashed with the kidnappers and rescued her.
Delhi Police have arrested two persons in case.
CCTV camera captured the incident.
According to the video captured on CCTV, two bike - borne kidnappers with helmets tried to kidnap the minor.
Further investigation in this matter is still underway.
