Next election election ky.jpg kentucky's secretary of state is looking at what worked in last month's primary... as he makes plans for the november general election.

Secretary of state michael adams told lawmakers today..

That mail-in absentee and early in-person voting worked well in the state's primary in june... but he wants more polling places available and the ballot count faster for november.
