Local schools receive school supplies thanks to Hamilton Center

Some local kids are getting new school supplies to start out the new year.

It's thanks to the hamilton center in terre haute.

The center dropped off the supplies this morning at two vigo county elemartary schools.

We caught up with the group at deming elementary.

Deming's principal says they're grateful for the extra supplies during this unprecedented time.

"it just humbles your heart.

It makes you feel good.

Terre hauye as always been a tight knit community.

To see everyone wrap their arms around our schools as we are trying to open our doors for these students.
