State police are asking if you saw the crash....or saw a dark-colored suv driving recklessesly in the area that night.....to call 315-366-6000.
Cary croniser (crow-nye-zer), from boonville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
State police say rakwan marshall, from liverpool, tried to pass a vehicle....and hit a car head-on.
The 42 year old victim was a passenger in the car that was hit.
