I'm Elizabeth Bettencourt a scientist a farmer and a small business owner as your next assemblymember I'll fight for North State values and way of life I'll be a watchdog to make sure that the tax dollars we send to Sacramento come back for Northstate communities to our roads and bridges tour schools and farms not massive subsidies for apple and Amazon corporate giveaways done at taxpayer expense life of PG&E while fighting tax increases on North State family to work for a living I know we make our North State economy strong and that's why I'll cut bureaucratic red tape for Family Farms and small businesses and I'll support our economy by working to increase access to rural Broadband for affordable reliable and fast internet as a scientist I worked with Foresters and Rural Water providers for years responsible regulation responsible management and bringing millions of dollars to our local communities I believe in data-driven decisions that's the approach we need to address the hottest traffic wildfires threatening our homes our family and our livelihood we can't afford Politics as Usual in Sacramento we can't afford more politicians without real job you can't get something for nothing we need leaders who understand the value of hard work I'm Elizabeth Bettencourt and I look forward to working by your side as your next assembly member
