Man accused of killing infant daughter misses court again, preliminary hearing set

The man accused of killing his infant daughter failed to show up to his first court appearance again this morning.

Clarence Martin Jr. is currently in the Clark County Detention Center's psychiatric ward, according to his legal representation.
