An 18-year-old youth died in firing after clashes erupted during immersion of a Durga idol in Bihar's Munger.
This incident, which happened a day before Bihar polling, has shocked the state and now Lipi Singh, the superintendent of police (SP) of Munger, is receiving flak for her role in reportedly ordering fire.
Police claim, however, that someone in the crowds fired first.
