Coordinator ernie martinez says this year they are seeing fewer donations... but there are many families in need.

Martinez says toys will be distributed differently this holiday "right now, volunteers are calling each person and each kid, what they like and don't like.

We're going to put that down and we're going to have volunteers go around and fill that up."
