The governor say if a county in in the red... schools can have inperson learning.

The state is recommending remote learning or implement hybrid learning for red zones but says if in-person learning is taking place... schools need to be aggressive about decreasing the number of students in teh building.

He says for schools in counties in the orange zone... the state is also recommending hybrid or a remote learning model.
