Hey there that is right we are wrapping up pie week with our champion, she make look familiar, that's kaycee behind that mask.

Kaycee what does it mean to you to seven years later have the folks in the wabash valley and the judges in the fork in the road still think you have pretty dang good pie.

I feel very honored and humbled and happy.

What makes this place special, you know we met you guys , when you see all the stuff on the wall that you guys have won the awards through the fork in the road, we've gotten close over the last decade or so and what do you think make the west union ca?

Unique?

I would say definitely our attitudes in here, we're very i mean we just kind of go with the flow and entertain in here and people know that and we make everything fresh and ready to go and we just work hard at it, it's a lot of work.

So what about the pie, what makes the pie so special?

I would say our fruit pies, mammy, she's 84 years old, so she kind of knows what she's doing and my mom and i and all the other people that help us, i mean it takes an army.

You guys crank out a lot of pie, how many pies would you say you go through in a given day or week or month?

In a week we probably go through close to 60 some pies.
