Police said the girl and two male juveniles were handling a stolen gun inside the home.
A 16-year-old boy is being charged with reckless homicide, obstructing justice and tampering with evidence.
The other suspect, a 14-year-old boy, is charged with obstructing justice, tampering with evidence and theft of a firearm.
