India's President Ram Nath Kovind attended 23rd annual convocation of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) on Feb 07.
Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa was also present at the event.
President Kovind also addressed the students at the ceremony.
