The Komets concluded their six-game road trip with three losses at South Carolina.

The team went 3-3 over the six games and remains on top of the Western Conference with a record of 10-4-2-1 and a winning percentage of .676.

The Komets return home this weekend for a three games series versus the Indy Fuel at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

Meanwhile, back here in fort wayne, the komets are hoping a little home cooking will get them back on track this weekend, as they return to the jungle for the first time in nearly three weeks..the k's come in on a three-game losing streak after being swept by the south carolina stingrays last weekend..in those games, the oragne and black were outscored 12-4...for fort wayne, it was the first time seeing someone other than wheeling or indy this season, and obviously it did not go well..but the komets say they've used the last couple of days to get some things fixed, and they're excited to see a more familiar foe in the fuel on friday... puck drop against indy is set for 8 o'clock on
