The kiwanis club of broussard and youngsville are doing something unbearably sweet for kids.
The organization is hosting a teddy bear drive to benefit the pediatric burn unit at our lady of lourdes.
Broussard city hall is a drop off location, and bears can be dropped off through april 15th.
Lacie billiot/ kiwanis of broussard teddy bears are something comforting.
With the burn unit they actually wrap the teddy bears just like they do for the kids.
I's just comforting for them to have and unwrap as they get their bandages unwrapped.
Mayor ray bourque/ city of broussardthe pediatric burn unit at our lady of lourdes is counting on us collecting bears and delivering them there.
So please, if you want to contribute and want to get involved just bring them to city hall and we will take care of the rest.
