Uttarakhand is witnessing unprecedented forest fires.
The raging fire in the 62 hectares of forest area has claimed the lives of 4 persons & 7 animals in the last 24 hours.
High temperatures generally trigger fires.
But officials are concerned about the fire in the month of April when the temperature has not even reached the maximum.
The fire reached the camp of ITBP - 35th Battalion yesterday.
But it was later controlled.
Uttarakhand government has requested the Centre to send the Choppers to control the raging fire across the state.
