Bishop Joseph N.
Perry is a native of Chicago and has served as an auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Chicago since 1998.
Bishop Perry is vice-president of the board of the National Black Catholic Congress, and chairman of the U.S. Conference of Bishops Subcommittee on African American Affairs.
