On May 30, 2016, Project Michelangelo Foundation (PMF) in cooperation with HAB (High Altitude Balloon) Adventures LLC, successfully launched a payload with telemetry to near space around over 100,000 ft.

The payload showcases the Philippine & USA flags with the PMF mascot Astronaut Bob with the intention of inspiring children on pursuing the highest academic standards in S.T.E.M.
(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Mission Control was located at Jojo Sayson's Physical Therapy & Rehab in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
