Rishi Sunak has hailed the AI Safety Summit as tipping the balance "in favour of humanity" in a speech to delegates at Bletchley Park.
The prime minister defended his decision to invite representatives from China.
He admitted it was a difficult decision, but said it would have been a "mistake" not to invite the Asian superpower.
