Joe Biden’s White House designated Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day of Visibility.” This was but the latest – if the most visible and egregious – manifestation of his administration’s fevered embrace of an agenda and community that until recently had been clinically characterized and treated as a manifestation of a psychological disorder known as gender dysphoria.
