A 4.7 earthquake just shook up New York City and the surrounding areas Friday morning.
The quake was centered near Lebanon, New Jersey, which is 40 miles west of NYC.
This is not an area used to earthquakes and many of the good people in the Empire State are in shock, but so far no damage has been reported.
