“Discipleship Starts at Home”
“Discipleship Starts at Home”

Jesus directed His disciples to make disciples.

The concept is easy enough to understand but there are few who carry it out.

Disciples are trained by being with the discipler.

They listen, observe, imitate, ask questions, and model the life of the discipler.

Too many churches today have embraced the idea that discipleship is something done for an hour a week with a book from a Christian publisher or organization.

In truth, all of us are discipling all the time.

We are doing it well or doing it badly.

Dr. Terence Chatmon has what some may think of as a radical proposal.

Since we are already discipling our families, be intentional in discipling them into the faith!
